A complex of 14 houses facing the Caribbean Sea, integrated with the rocky shoreline and native vegetation. A network of trails links the site, opening sea views, creating community spaces, and culminating in a cliffside viewpoint and amphitheater. The single-story homes emphasize indoor–outdoor living and panoramic views of the sea.
